The origins of this family business date back to the year 1863. Now in its seventh generation, Klingelnberg is a family-run business still today.
The mechanical engineering company is the global market and technology leader in its areas. These include the development and manufacture of machines for the production of spiral-cut bevel gears, measuring centers for axially symmetrical objects of all types, and the production of high-precision gear components made to customers’ orders.
The road from the company’s origins to global market leadership has been shaped by a no-holds-barred approach to product and service quality, along with absolute reliability and strict adherence to deadlines. That is what every one of the roughly 1,300 employees stands for. With 220 R&D engineers around the globe and more than 100 grants of patents, the company consistently demonstrates its capacity for innovation.
